Executive Chef

We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the culinary direction of our restaurant. As a working Chef, you will be responsible for training and developing your team, implementing new recipes, and maintaining high food quality standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in culinary management, menu rollouts, and kitchen systems
• Leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to develop and lead teams
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with others
• Strong understanding of restaurant systems
• High level of personal motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to live within reasonable driving distance to one of our current restaurants
