Job Description
Skills of Central PA is seeking a Full Time Behavior Support Specialist to develop behavioral guides, monitor target behaviors, and provide training to individuals, staff, and families. This role involves assessing challenging behaviors and participates in the development of ISP’s and outcomes in cooperation with the team. The position offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Develops behavioral guides in conjunction with the individual and the team.
- Develops ways to monitor target behaviors using data charts and graphs.
- Trains the individual, staff, and families on the behavioral guide.
- Performs behavioral assessments, including review of records and observation/interaction.
