Job Description
Skills Central PA (Skills) provides support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges throughout central Pennsylvania. This role offers assessment, training, and consultation services, including direct and indirect support, to empower individuals to participate in their chosen roles and build support in the community. The position supports people with complex communication needs and collaborates with teams to ensure consistent and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Follow team process when providing services.
- Conduct comprehensive communication assessments.
