Job Description
SmarTek21 is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for EMEA to spearhead commercial strategy and execution across the region, integrating Retro Rabbit and Smartek21’s strengths. This role involves leading a team and partnering with global leadership, driving revenue growth, and expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong understanding of digital transformation and data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles across EMEA
- Proven success in scaling tech or consulting businesses in diverse markets
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud, and enterprise software
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multicultural teams and global delivery models
