Job Description
SmartLight Analytics is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead self-insured employers in the US, providing data analytics solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing resources, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare analytics and a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
- 3 years of healthcare payment integrity experience.
- Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and negotiating contracts.
