Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Staff Learning & Development to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs that support staff growth and performance across the firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Learning & Development certification preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in training, professional development, or HR; law firm or professional services experience a plus
- Strong instructional design capability and facilitation skills
- Experience managing LMS platforms and analyzing training metrics
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills
