As a (Senior) Partner Manager, you will drive revenue growth, strategic expansion, and operational stability within a defined portfolio of key partners. You will be responsible for commercial execution, strategic account leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, partner management, or commercial experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or embedded finance.
- Strong understanding of regulated banking products and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial relationships, including contractual negotiations and regulatory oversight.
- Proficient in KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis for commercial performance and partner management.
- Experienced in account planning, solution-based selling, and joint business planning.
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
