Account Executive (Enterprise Accounts)

Sonder is hiring an Account Executive to accelerate its growth in the UK. The role involves owning the full sales cycle across enterprise and mid-market accounts, building a strong pipeline, and running high-quality discovery to shape compelling value propositions.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
• Strength in running structured sales processes such as MEDDIC or similar
• Comfortable with longer, complex cycles and senior stakeholder engagement
• Confident analysing data, using CRM tools, and prioritising accounts with intent
• Ability to articulate value and ROI clearly
• Experience selling technology or service-based solutions into enterprise or mid-market environments
