Sonio is seeking a Technical Support Lead to build and scale its support function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tech Support, Ops, or CS, and be able to lead, coach, and manage a team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Tech Support, Ops, or CS (ideally SaaS or MedTech)
- Experience in hypergrowth environments and ability to build from scratch
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a team
- Proficient with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)
