Distribution Support Representative provides administrative support to the Savannah Distribution Area. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, supporting SERP activities, coordinating meetings, and maintaining customer service.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience supporting multiple managers and staff in a business setting preferred
- Prior data entry and reporting experience
- Previous experience using an online time recording system/software preferred
- Expense reporting knowledge a plus
- Experience working with a diverse group with multiple needs preferred
- Suitable years of experience working within dispatching and systems support is a plus
