Requirements
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAXIMO, GIS, CYME, and other operational applications
- Analyze application performance metrics, data integrity, and user feedback to identify and implement areas for improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and technology partners, on system enhancements, new releases, and integration projects
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to improve end-user proficiency with asset management and mapping tools
- Act as a subject matter expert for multiple distribution technology platforms, offering guidance and support to end-users and leadership
- Stay current with new technology and updates in relevant systems, ensuring the team is informed and trained accordingly
