Job Description
Space Center Houston is seeking a General Counsel and Vice President of Contracts & Agreements to provide strategic legal counsel and oversight for all contracts, agreements, and risk management matters. The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward-thinking executive leader with strong legal experience and a proven ability to execute detailed legal agreements.
Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Significant experience providing legal counsel and negotiating contracts and agreements
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical leadership
- Strong negotiation, agreement drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex projects, balance competing priorities, and provide practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders
