Chartered Surveyor (Valuation)

Our client, an established building surveying practice based in North West London, is seeking a Valuation Surveyor / Registered Valuer to lead and develop its valuations department.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification valuation experience
• Experience across residential and/or commercial valuations
• Strong technical understanding of RICS Red Book standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
