Associate Manager, Menu Design and Development

We're looking for an Associate Manager, Menu Design and Development to lead a team of specialists in building client menus in the SpotOn Restaurant POS system. The role involves team supervision, client coordination, project coordination, training, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles
• 1 year of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
