Job Description
SpotOn is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to implement software solutions integrating POS, restaurant management, and payment platforms with third-party applications. The Specialist will ensure implementations are accurate, efficient, and timely, and will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client's technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle implementation projects for restaurant clients
- Implement integrations between POS/restaurant systems and third-party applications
- Configure and deploy Teamwork and Reserve platforms to meet client needs
- Lead client onboarding sessions
- Perform quality assurance, data validation, and testing
- Troubleshoot technical or data issues
