The House Supervisor will be onsite administrative representative and clinical manager, leading staff and providing leadership, education, and problem-solving during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. They will ensure compliance with health care regulations, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage all aspects of clinical operations. This role requires both clinical and administrative skills.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in Acute Care/Hospital Setting
- Experience in Specialized Nursing Practice: Emergency, Progressive Care, Critical Care
- Teaching experience and/or supervisory experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply management principles
