Job Description
We're looking for a Director, Workplace Experience to lead our Workplace Experience team and shape our global workplace and in-person strategy. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, employee experience, or events roles, and 4+ years of people management experience. They will be responsible for leading a global team, overseeing workplace operations and real estate, developing in-person connection strategies, and partnering with various teams to drive culture and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years in workplace, facilities, employee experience, or events roles
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Experience shaping hybrid/in-person strategies
- Strong project, vendor, and budget management skills
- Experience with real estate planning, workplace design, and security systems
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
