We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The role involves resolving basic IT issues for users, troubleshooting hardware and software, and escalating complex cases. Responsibilities include desktop/laptop support, network troubleshooting, user profile management, and maintaining service desk records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), basic network troubleshooting, Microsoft Active Directory, and printer installation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
