Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or Service Desk role
- IT, Computer Science, or related field background preferred
- Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Linux/Ubuntu knowledge
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Experience with IT service management and ticketing tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
