Case Manager

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team as a leading provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and advocating for the comprehensive care of individuals receiving mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or degree in Social work or related field
• Experience serving as a sponsor or working a 12-step program is strongly preferred
• Active involvement in a structured recovery program
• Strong understanding of the 12 steps and sponsorship principles
• Flexible schedule to work off hours
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies
• Knowledge of community resources and support services
