Recovery Case Manager

We are seeking a Recovery Case Manager to join our team, providing comprehensive care and support to individuals receiving mental health and substance abuse treatment. The ideal candidate has lived experience in addiction recovery and can provide support through a peer-based, recovery-oriented approach.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or degree in Social work or related field
• Experience serving as a sponsor or working a 12-step program
• Active involvement in a structured recovery program
• Strong understanding of the 12 steps and sponsorship principles
• Flexible schedule to work off hours
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies
• Knowledge of community resources and support services
• Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
