Family Therapist

We are a leading residential mental health facility specializing in compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and their families. We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Family Therapist to work with adolescent clients (ages 11-17) and their families.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Valid licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
• Experience working with adolescents and families, preferably in a residential or acute care setting
• Strong understanding of family dynamics, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health
