Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Therapist to provide therapeutic services to adolescents in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth facing mental health challenges and possess a deep understanding of adolescent development and trauma-informed care.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent
- Experience in adolescent or residential mental health settings preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, or other therapeutic modalities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient approach to supporting adolescents with mental health challenges
