Appraiser Analyst (OPA3)

Oregon Housing & Community Services is looking for a collaborative professional with operational expertise and ability to work internal partners across the agency. The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert appraisal and market analysis services for OHCS affordable housing programs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills;
• Four years general appraisal multi-family review work or any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience
• Current Oregon General Appraisal License (preferable)
