Stratus is seeking a high-impact Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales strategy and execution. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and mentoring a world-class sales organization of more than 30 employees, and shaping the future of our go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and product offerings.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Operations teams.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple regions and verticals.
- Lead enterprise-level consultative sales engagements, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and client services to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
