Job Description
Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager to join their Surgical Technologies division, focused on a portfolio that includes Neptune 3, Neptune S, and the SafeAir Smoke Evacuation Pencil. The role will involve developing and executing a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering product demonstrations and training programs.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Newcastle and surrounding regions
