Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Requirements

• Combine strategic instinct with operational sharpness.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/ Consultancy/ Project management, preferably within enterprise SaaS.
• Track record in complex digital transformations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong in executive stakeholder management, storytelling with data, and building business cases.
• Analytical and data-driven: you work with health dashboards and translate insights into actions.
• Commercially sharp: you identify expansion opportunities and prepare renewals strategically.
• Affinity with HR/L&D is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as CRM (we use Hubspot) and a CS platform (we use Gainsight).
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
