Job Description

They are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and manage sales onboarding programs, AI roleplay platforms, and support the sales team. The role involves collaborating with product marketing and ensuring high-quality proposals for RFPs.
Requirements
- Five years of sales enablement experience
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the sales process
- Experience managing AI sales simulations and using other AI development tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to influence and gain buy-in from executives and senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives
