We are looking for a outside sales professional in the ready-mix concrete industry who drives business, builds relationships, and converts opportunities into booked yards.

Requirements

• Proven outside sales experience in ready-mix, aggregates, construction materials, or related industries
• Track record of winning new business
• Strong understanding of construction timelines and contractor decision cycles
• Comfortable being in the field daily (job sites, offices, networking)
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
