Life Enrichment Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to engage residents in familiar routines through personalized Life Skills. This role focuses on designing and implementing Life Skills programs to foster resident well-being, promote engagement, and contribute to quality of life. The manager will collaborate with the Reminiscence Coordinator to implement programs that reflect the resident’s past interests, and advocate for best practices in resident care and service.

Requirements

• Evaluate resident’s interest in Life Skills
• Develop and implement Life Skills tailored to residents' abilities
• Ensure opportunity to engage in Life Skills daily
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement
• Ensure residents have a documented and personalized Life Skill list
