Life Enrichment Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to engage residents in familiar routines, create Pleasant Days, and provide support in maintaining their quality of life through personalized services. This role involves assessing resident interests, developing tailored Life Skills programs, and ensuring resident participation in activities. The manager will collaborate with the Reminiscence Coordinator and contribute to team success, maintaining high standards of care and service.

Requirements

• Evaluate resident’s interest and involvement in Life Skills.
• Develop and implement Life Skills tailored to each resident.
• Maintain resident profiles and ISP.
• Assist residents with daily care (animal and plant care).
