Life Enrichment Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to engage residents in personalized life skills to improve their well-being and create meaningful activities. This role focuses on creating a positive environment within the Reminiscence neighborhood, ensuring residents feel valued and supported through activities and assistance. The manager will work closely with residents, families, and the Reminiscence Coordinator to personalize care and ensure high quality service.

Requirements

• Evaluate resident's interest and involvement in Life Skills.
• Develop Life Skills tailored to each resident’s unique needs and abilities.
• Organize small groups or clubs addressing shared needs.
