Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Sales Director to manage the company's sales process, evaluate new opportunities, and negotiate partnerships with clients. This role involves building relationships with enterprise customers, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It is a critical position supporting the company's global expansion and growth.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in a high-tech industry).
- 12+ years of sales and enterprise business development experience is desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of x86 Server, Storage, Networking, and Cloud/Data center business.
- Strong experience with data center/enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and other languages (a third language preferred).
