Job Description
The Case Manager provides case management services to clients within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This role focuses on providing comprehensive mental and substance use disorder services, especially to vulnerable populations. The position requires strong interpersonal and advocacy skills and a commitment to self-service. The job description is for a regular full-time position within a 4-day Monday-Friday schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
- 2 years’ experience with individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues and/or a history of homelessness.
- Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
