Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator will lead a team of staff in maintaining quality and accessibility of mental health and substance use services in the East Harlem branch of the ENGAGE OASAS. The role involves clinical coordination, program development, training, and evaluation, focusing on delivering high-quality assessments, immediate care, and referrals to vulnerable populations. The position is based at an integrated OASAS 822 and Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.

Requirements

• Assist in establishing effective and efficient operations.
• Lead in the clinical coordination of CMWW.
• Supervise data reporting from the Team Leaders.
• Conduct clinical supervision of CMMW Outreach Specialists.
• Issue clinical recommendations to Program Coordinator.
• Build relationships with S:US programs.
• Manage client crises and emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of consumer data.
