Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator will work with Young Adults (ages 18-24) with serious mental illnesses or emotional distress. This role involves managing clinical issues, providing education and therapy, engaging with health, educational and vocational professionals, and advocating for youth in community settings. The position focuses on innovative services and supports independence in community. A key goal is to provide innovative and unique services for NYS residential treatment facilities and foster independent living.
Requirements
