Job Description
We are looking for Wellness Coaches who have a passion to help others, to serve as case managers. As a Wellness Coach you will assist consumers with accessing needed community services through the development of a referral network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with people who have a mental illness
- Computer literate in word processing and excellent writing capabilities
