Senior Structurer & Transaction Manager (Hybrid, m/f/x/d, 80-100%)

We are seeking a Senior Structurer & Transaction Manager to drive innovation in life and health reinsurance. The role involves designing and executing sophisticated reinsurance solutions, strategic solution leadership, advanced financial modeling, and transaction leadership. The position offers excellent opportunities to play a key role in high-impact transactions and develop both a deep technical knowledge of structured solutions in life and health and a wide range of soft skills.

Requirements

• Qualified actuary or finance professional with 10+ years of experience in transactions, reinsurance, capital management or financial market risk.
• Excellent ability to interpret actuarial model output with regards to drivers of surplus emerging and other financials drivers of life insurance portfolios.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, balance sheet impacts, and capital management concepts (funding, ALM, CoC).
• Strong knowledge of risk-based capital, Solvency II and IFRS frameworks
• Experience in structing complex L&H transactions.
• Strong transaction management skills.
• Advanced negotiation skills with proven ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with German or French preferred. Additional European languages would be advantageous.
