Senior Structurer & Transaction Manager (Hybrid, m/f/x/d, 80-100%)

We are seeking a Senior Structurer & Transaction Manager to drive innovation in life and health reinsurance. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, big-picture strategic thinking, and the ability to model bespoke transactions. They will be responsible for designing and executing sophisticated reinsurance solutions, overseeing financial modeling, and leading complex deals from origination to treaty signature.

Requirements

• Qualified actuary or finance professional with 10+ years of experience in transactions, reinsurance, capital management or financial market risk
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, balance sheet impacts, and capital management concepts
• Experience in structuring complex L&H transactions
• Strong transaction management skills
• Excellent ability to interpret actuarial model output with regards to drivers of surplus emerging and other financials drivers of life insurance portfolios
• Expert in cash flow modeling
• Strong knowledge of risk-based capital, Solvency II and IFRS frameworks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with German or French preferred
• Advanced negotiation skills with proven ability to influence across functions and geographies
