Job Description
SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced Account Director – Sales to join their team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Ionion Hotels, managing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with SWOT Hospitality's overall commercial objectives. The position requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership and networking skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or cluster role.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving revenue within the luxury or upscale hospitality segment.
- Strong network within European leisure and wholesale markets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and high commercial acumen.
- Experience with international hotel brands (Hyatt, Accor, Marriott, etc.) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Greek and other languages are a plus.
