Job Description
Synthesia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to build strong customer relationships and ensure customer success. The role focuses on driving retention and growth, acting as a subject matter expert for Synthesia implementation, and proactively monitoring customer health. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and possess a track record in managing a book of business and risk.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management / Client Service / Account Management / Technical Account Management / Implementation or similar
- Experience in managing a Book of Business with KPIs
- Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
- Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with clients
- Successfully onboarding new clients
- Coordinating and leading regular client check-ins
- Light video editing using the Synthesia platform
