Requirements

• Grade 12/School Leaving Certificate (Matric)
• BCom in Business Management is essential
• MBA (Advantageous)
• 7–10 years of experience in operations management
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of business processes, performance metrics, and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and management track record
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
