Automation Test Lead

This Automation Test Lead role focuses on managing the automation testing strategy for a client's products, leading a team of automation testers and ensuring high-quality testing solutions. The role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, mentoring junior testers, and analyzing test results to improve efficiency. Strong test automation skills and experience with CI/CD tools are essential.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in software testing with a strong background in automation testing.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing test automation projects.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Pytest, and other relevant testing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, like Jenkins, and Git.
• Knowledge of performance testing and other automation testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
