Job Description
The Associate, Customer Success Manager role is responsible for ensuring successful business outcomes for customers and driving adoption and value of Tanium's platform. The role requires collaboration with senior team members, customer relationship management, and data management to drive retention and expansion for Tanium.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or Service Management / Professional Services
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology
- Demonstrated consulting and project management skills

- Annual base salary range $45,000 to $135,000
