Task Logistics Advocate, German

Join our remote team in Poland as a Task Logistics Advocate and help improve conversions and reduce cancellations in our 6 European markets. You will be working on a range of activities, including increasing fulfillment rates and providing assistance to users. We're looking for a candidate with great people skills, customer service experience, and fluency in English and German.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, contact center experience or similar
• Excellent customer service skills
• Displays excellent time management and takes pride in a job well done
• Excellent typing skills and adaptable in navigating online tools and systems
• Fluency in English & German
• Available full-time (40 hours / week)
