WFM Planner

As a Workforce Planner, you will coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather data for forecasting and program requirements. You will maintain a roster of staff and publish over/under snapshots to address staffing gaps or minimize overages.

Requirements

• BPO Operations background
• At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning
• Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
• Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks and projects
• High attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficient in statistical analysis
• Good computer and software skills
• Ability to read trends and project into future forecasts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High achiever and self-starter
