Workforce Planner

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. We are looking for a Workforce Planner to coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather data related to forecasting and calculation of program requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects
• High attention to detail and strong desire to optimize procedures and processes
• Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer software skills
• Ability to read trends and project them into future forecasts
• Working knowledge of Google Applications and WFM Tool (preferably IEX)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
