We are looking for a Workforce Planner to ensure staff optimization, forecast staffing needs, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate has a BPO Operations background, at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning, and expertise in Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management.

Requirements

• BPO Operations background
• At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning
• Expertise in Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
• High attention to detail
• Good analytical skills
• Strong numerical literacy
• Thorough understanding of WFM efficiency metrics
• Highly organized
• Ability to navigate MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and other database generating applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read trends and project them into future forecasts
