Director of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Business Development to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our shipper client portfolio. The Director of Business Development will report directly to senior leadership and must bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales results in dedicated transportation and logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure seamless communication between carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Drive adoption of safety policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• Partner with leadership to set department goals, report outcomes, and adjust strategies for growth.
