Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational leadership at a small to mid-sized, fast-paced company
- Proven success leading sales or marketing teams with clear KPI accountability
- Expert-level skills in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, multi-sheet models)
- Strong ability to resolve cross-functional issues and drive interdepartmental collaboration
- Experience evaluating and implementing third-party vendors and tools
- Excellent communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Background in real estate, inside sales, or high-volume industries like solar, roofing, home services, or call centers
